I've had my 02 WRX since late 2005 since I got sick of always fixing my 04 Accord all the time.

Nice car. How do you like it? That looks like a fun road.

It's a fun car. That road is also a lot of fun. TONS of fun roads just west of Denver, but we live pretty far from the foothills so this is usually a rarity.

What issues did you have with your Honda? And what toys do you load on your roof racks?

I would have loved to have my motorcycle on that road.

Lots of things. A/C went out a few times. I'd fix one leak, replace one hose, and another leak would pop up elsewhere. VTEC solenoid took a crap in one of them, valve cover leaked, spark plug problems, CV axles kept dieing, exhaust leaks, oil leaks, etc. It was a never ending battle with both Accords (94 and 95). Oh yeah, ABS died on both Accords too. MY apartment complex said I couldn't work on the car anymore since I'd be working on it almost every weekend. Bought the WRX and it was problem free for almost 4 years and then needed spark plugs, that was it.

Damn. That is a big list. Glad to hear that the WRX is treating you well.

That road would get the best of me. I'm thinking I'd be on it 24/7. Great road to let loose!

The background scenery is simply breathtaking. The car looks nice too. I think that is the typical family car. Most dads and moms own that kind of model I've noticed.

Nice! I have always been a fan of the bugeyed wrx's. My sister has a '14 wrx and it's pretty quick. I see you did it right and got the wagon :D She got a sedan.. I feel like all WRXs should be wagons!

I've never been a fan of wagons, but damn do WRX's wagons look good. I've been considering purchasing one for the past few months. If I can find one for the right price, I might purchase it for my next car.

Nice car mate I have been looking at these myself, only the non turbo version. Saying that though, whats the miles per gallon like on the turbo?

I've gotten 27mpg on the highway, but usually it's 25 on the highway and 22 in town. Pretty decent for 240awhp and around 300hp at the crank.

That is pretty decent considering mate :) I have actually heard the non turbo isnt any better on mpg that the turbo ones because of the weight of the car anyway... plus im not sure but going on looks the non turbo 2.0 flat four looks the same as the turbo one...

Yeah it's not bad, and it gets similar mileage because it's a smaller 2L vs the 2.5L of the non-turbo. The turbo has a hood scoop, same color paint around the whole car, the rear wing for wagons, but that's about it. The newest non-turbo Imprezas with the CVT get amazing mileage, up to 36mpg on the highway and 27 in town. They use the new 2L motors, completely new design. They're just so damn expensive or we'd have one.

Unless you had a Focus ST, those are proper hatches too.
