Its the British Grand Prix from Silverstone this weekend and it looks like its going to be a wet one. Free Practice 1 was very wet this morning, more suited to boats than F1 cars.

I will keep you all updated from Silverstone via this thread.

I heard it was going to be a wet race. Are you going to be watching it live?

Yes James, I never miss a race.

Free Practice 2 yesterday was another complete wet session with Lewis Hamilton topping the time sheet. Free Practice 3 has just finished and it actually stayed dry and Fernando Alonso topped the timing sheet. Qualifying is just over an hour away and the weather forcast is for rain.

Cool. Have you had a chance to take any pictures or is it too wet?

I will get some pics up when I get home tomorrow.

The qualifying session was very interesting. The session was stopped for an hour after the rain became too bad and the cars where falling off the track, so they stopped the session. Once they had resumed, still in very wet conditions, we ended up with an intersting Grid for tomorrows race. Alonso on Pole, Webber 2nd, Schumacher 3rd with Lewis Hamilton down in 8th place.

Should be an interesting race tomorrow especially with the mad British weather!

I read that Schumacher is kinda hoping for a wet track. I guess he feels it will give him an advantage. They are saying Rosberg is fine with the rain as well.
