    Gotta say it is not something I can't do without. But the idea is worthwhile.
    You actually do not want to hang a helmet on the handgrip just in case one day . . opps.
    High enough off the ground that you might worry about what damage that impact did to the helmet.
    Whenever I need to I hang the helmet from the footpeg on the engine guard. I can even angle the peg but it isn't really necessary. And it is not too far off the ground.
    Myself I don't have a need for one. $20 a pop. I can think of other uses for the money
    although I guess it is not a ridiculous price.

    I don't feel it is too bad for the price. I would rather the wall mounted one because I would worry about the other one being knocked off the rod.

    When riding I always held my helmet or set it on the ground. Setting it on the seat or on the hand grip is just asking for trouble.
