Was it just me or did others have a problem with more drivers then normal, cutting them off yesterday? It seemed like every other car was trying to cut me off in my truck. People are nuts at times.

You didn't know? Occasionally, a little bumper sticker will appear and it begs people to come and cut you off. You won't see it when you finally park at home because you are too busy trying to stop looking like    before you walk into the house.

If that is the case I must have had a 30' sign in neon and streamers the way they were lining up to get in front of me. Its nice that they forget to use a turn signal. Its a good thing I don't forget to use a brake pedal when they get in front of me.

I get very angry when I get cut off. If you want to get in front of me, FINE. But that doesn't mean you have to endager my baby (my car). I still make payments so when people do something dumb, it gives me a heart attack.

I usually made a rude gesture and try to move on. But really, why do they do it??

Haha, that sounds crazy. Personally, I don't want to deal with a trucker who has a gun, or anyone for that matter, who might have a gun. On the road, you never know who you'll come across... 50% of cop deaths are related to routine traffic stops. People are nuts!

It's just crazy the way some drivers are focus on getting to their destination by any means, even if it means cutting a few people off. Drivers of big units are the main ones who do this. I think they feel safe in their vehicle and just want others to feel intimidated.

I've actually experienced the opposite. Granted the biggest thing I drive is a Silverado, but the amount of tiny cars who cut me off and fly in front of me, amazes me. It seems like semi driver's or people in larger vehicles are way more aware of their surroundings, than people in itty bitty cars. They think since they're small, they can fit in a small space, and do it quickly, and it's not always the case. I get cut off in the Silverado multiple times a day, and people don't seem to realize it takes a lot more to slow down something that large, than it does slowing down a little sedan.

Things may be a bit different where you are. Big unit drivers here won't slow down if a small vehicle tries to cut them off and so there is seldom any accident involving the two.

I've been driving professionally for many, many years now and it still amazes me why people want to play chicken with an 18 wheeler. I've seen a few accidents involving semi's and it's never a pretty sight.

I try really hard not to get angry but I usually do throw out a large expletive when it does happen to me.. It's bad enough the fiesta has this awful little blind spot in the back right..

You don't say? Everyone wants to cut a truck. I don't know if it's a trend or something, but it seems to happen all the time. Even when I'm driving a small car, I see people cutting trucks all the time. Maybe it's because they're just driving too slow, but you can't expect a truck to be driving at a solid 50 or so. That's pretty dangerous.

I can't pick just one day when someone cut me off in Texas cause they cut me off quite often. Texas drivers are crazy and some of them would rather kill you to get where their going.

They are kinda crazy for sure. They act like they have some type of ego problem like the road is some type of contest.

They're like that in Mississippi too. They'll run you off the road like they're dying and they're not going no where but the nearest fast food place.
