Hey everyone. Just bought a Mazda Rx-8 a couple months ago. It only had 50K miles, which is great for the year. It's been great so far, except for a few minor maintenance issues, nothing huge. I keep hearing things about the unworthiness about the Wankel engine, but I guess I'll have to take my chances. Thanks for looking.

    Welcome to Gearhead Central shutterchaos!

Nice car and sweet picture. I heard the same about them but then at the some time there are some die hard fans of that engine out there.

I am not great fan of Mazda just because of that engine. Your car looks good and you had only good experience with your car. These are the proofs that you care your car much.

I was 1st exposed to the Mazda RX-8 when I was playing Need For Speed Most Wanted, and it was an ok looking car. I hope your purchase of the car proves to be worth it in the long run.

I had an RX 7 and I got it used with fairly high mileage. It was pretty
bare bones, crank windows and no air etc. It was not good on gas
but I had no problems with the engine in mine and it had fairly high
miles to begin with. I had it for another five years and traded it
when it got up to about 190,000 Km. And overall I was pretty
    pleased with my purchase.

They're great handling cars. A lot of engine flooding issues in the earlier models. I think a large part of that is because owners didn't know to maintain them properly.

Absoutlely love Mazda cars, especially the rx-8, have you taken it on a track or do you plan too? My friends got one and that's what he uses it for, such a fun car!

Wow! That's a great car and a awesome picture! Did you take it?
I've never drove a Mazda but I sure will in the future, they look pretty fun to drive.

Stunning car mate and stunning picture!

I have always liked these as well as the RX7 but the rotary engine has always put me off them, do you not have any issues with it or find it tricky to maintain them all the time?
