It's been rumored since time-immemorial, or at least since 1945. Yet a new documentary opens up the rumor mill again, saying that Adolf Hitler, did not commit suicide in his Berlin bunker as normally believed, but instead lived his days out in Argentina.

Speaking on Sunday, director/producer Noam Shalev and researcher Pablo Weschler revealed their reasons for believing that their evidence proves -- though not to 100 percent certainty -- that Hitler did not die in 1945.

    Shalev admitted that

We will never know the truth. But there is enough evidence to build an alternative theory about what happened to Hitler.

    Weschler added,

No one believed the Russians’ story of Hitler’s suicide in the bunker. As early as the summer of 1945, there were headlines asking, "Where is Hitler?" all over the world.

In the documentary, "Hitler in Argentina," the filmmakers say that Hitler lived out his last days in an luxurious Argentinian hotel. Their new documentary is set to be released sometime in 2013.

Yeah, if Hitler was still alive, that would drive the whole world to go insane. I see the article was made back in 2012. I think Obama should have gone after Hitler as his main priority instead of Osama Bin Laden. But it was a good read though.

wow. I would love to see the evidence of this. If this indeed happened, then I would assume there has to be not one but many corraborating evidences. First of all, how they were able to escape, who helped them escape and how the world's best intelligence networks could have been fooled by a man who murdered millions.

I don't think he would have. Osama was the current threat. Plus he would be 125 or so no. So even if it was true, he would have died of natural causes long before Obama was in office and maybe before he was born.

I just watched the documentary entitled "A Fourth Reich In The Sun? - Hitler's Escape to Argentina". There were some pretty interesting things presented there. I'm going to watch it again later today.

As long as he is dead, that is a good thing i guess, him, Stalin, Mussolini and all other dictators, if dead, that's a relief, humanity deserves more than pain and suffering in the hands of an evil ruler :(

It would have been good to get greater evidence of Hitler's existence then. however I think if there was it would have somehow surfaced a long time ago.

I really don't think that something like this is worth our President's time. IMO this is just as bad of a conspiracy theory as Bush being behind 9/11 and Obama being the one behind Newtown.

I don't think we'll never know for sure, Rosa. If he did live there, well, it would be logic, since a lot nazis DID hide in Argentina and lived long and pleasant lives over there. Some got caught tho, plenty to know Argentina as a nazi refugee.

This doesn't state he is still alive :p This just state they believe he did scape to Argentina. To be honest it makes sense, since Argentina is known to have been a nazi refuge. Yup, a lot nazis found a home there. Some were caught thanks to nazi hunters tho. I Hitler did scape... well, he surely died a lot time ago somewhere in Argentina.

Did you find it online? I haven't watched it yet, but if it can be found online I'll surely watch it. This topic made me feel quite curious to be honest. If he scape I really wonder how he did it. I can imagine he must have had a plan, I don't think that he wanted to end the way history claims he did.

Josh, nope, as far as I know he isn't a troll. I guess he didn't read the whole article or had a hard time grasping what it claimed.
