The Dynasphere! Psychotic 1930s Vehicle!

 

I would love to have the opportunity to drive one of these or other crazed vehicles I find from the past. I wonder how many of those things were made besides the prototype? Nothing to do with the machine but when I first heard the lady I could have sworn it was Julia Child!

 

That's gorgeous!! I would love to see one of those in production today. I'm sure people would absolutely love it! Of course, the amount of work necessary to go into a normal one of those would probably make it incredibly expensive. Still, though, I know I would adore seeing one.

 

That is a totally incredible machine ! I have never seen anything like this before. I wonder why it did not catch on ? Of course, it is a lot taller than a car, so it might not fit under the old railroad underpasses that are in so many of our older cities today, which barely can fit a full sized car.
Also, all the pictures showed this traveling on a flat open area, so I wonder how it does with a curvy road, where it would have to make a lot of curves. And what about going down hills, might this thing just take off rolling like a gigantic hamster wheel ?
Even though I think it is extremely interesting, and would probably take a demonstration ride like they were showing, I don't think I am ready to trade in my little car for one .

 

That's quite unique. I wonder how it operates. Do you actually turn up side down at times? If it does, that would be my only fear to be in one.
