constant urge to pop/crack my neck.

    Did you know that it's just a myth that women need to drink milk to avoid osteoporosis? I read that we really aren't required to do that to be able to have healthy bones. Just google it for more info. A lot of people got suckered into believing that milk is needed to fight osteoporosis, me included.

    I'm chicken too!!:thumbsup::thumbsup: I'm too chicken to crack anything higher than my ankles on my leg:roflmao:... really.

    It kind of freaks me out to see or hear someone else crack anything on their own body.
    My son cracks his back several times daily:nailbiting:, he seems like it makes him feel great,
    but it kind of drives me crazy hearing him crack his bones like that:arghh::arghh::wideeye:.

    ....hehehe, any health fad and we'll be swimming like fish....:), then celery ought to do the magic, i mean the vegetable is shaped like bones :coffee:

    I crack my knuckles and fingers most of the time. It does feel good and does not do any damage me one bit. To tell you the truth I prefer doing that most of the time.

    I crack my knuckles as well and that doesn't bother me because everyone does it. Cracking my neck seems more serious and i want to be sure i'm not doing something dangerous.
