What is the deciding factor when buying a vehicle? Do you go for fuel mileage? Is performance your thing? Was it just love at first sight? Do you dig into your pocket, remove the lint from the change and say, what can I get for this?

For me its the kinda just the love at first sight to me. Its just that look and feel of the vehicle. I care about fuel mileage and all that but for me its what fits me, the rest are not that important. I want to be happy with it. For example, I want a Jeep TJ and a Range Rover in my driveway. Its just what interests me.

For me it's all about the economical value. The look of the car honestly doesn't matter much to me (at least at this point). Not saying that I don't drool over a corvette or a mustang when I see one, but right now my car just needs to get me from Point A to Point B and back in the cheapest way possible.

So fuel mileage/price for me. More so the fuel mileage.

Love at first sight. When I wanted to get a car, I was actively looking for used cars because there were these certain models that I just always loved and could never get over. The second would be handling and performance because I knew the roads that I would be driving on and the speed that I wanted to drive them at. :D

I've never been too fazed by fuel mileage as I just look at gas prices as the cost of doing business. There were moments when I cringed a little at the end cost, but I loved to drive, so if that was something that I wanted to do, I'd have to pay for the gas.

That's the way I feel. You look at the total cost and if it's right for you then you go for it.

I want a boat and people say they cost so much. I know they are not cheap. Everything has a cost. I just need to find one that fits my budget when I'm ready to get one.

Whether it will fit all 5 of us comfortably, cost, and fuel mileage.

Price and brand, we usually buy 2nd hand cars because brand new ones are quite expensive.

My first answer is price, because that's always the deciding factor for us. But safety is a good second, as we use our vehicles to drive our children around.
